Run by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, this programme is aimed primarily at 16-18-year olds who aspire to a career in Nursing.
It is a 20-month programeme and trainees are enrolled onto a Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker apprenticeship.
On successful completion, trainees can take one of the pathways below:
1. Guaranteed place on a 2 year level 5 Nursing Associate 2 year apprenticeship
2. Guaranteed interview for a Healthcare support worker job at Oxford Health
3. Guaranteed interview at a local University for the registered Nurse full time degree course
The university have a large apprenticeship programme run throughout the university colleges. The image on the right shows some of the many types of apprenticeships they offer.

Based at Oxford City Football Club in Marston, Ignite offer apprenticeships in sports coaching and teacher assistant roles.

Entry requirement for the Level 3 Maintenance Apprenticeship:
5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above including maths and English.
Entry requirements for Level 6 Engineering Degree Apprenticeship:
5 GCSEs at a grade 6 or above including maths and English.
A level maths at grade C, A level science at a grade C, or a Level 3 in a relevant subject.
UKAEA offer engineering, technical and professional support apprenticeships at Levels 3 - 6.

The Engineering Trust offer a variety of engineering based apprenticeships from Level 2 to Level 4. They cover aviation, electronics and motor sport amongst other disciplines.
Open events are planned for Monday 5th - Thursday 8th February where different employers will be showcasing their work and the apprenticeships they offer.
